We are only able to complete a return if the item arrives differently than described and/or if the item is not authentic (a documentation of inauthenticity from a reputable second party must then be provided). 

The descriptions of all items listed are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Items that are described as "never used" may have minor imperfections as a result of being stored for some time from previous owner. In addition, some vintage items may have unnoticeable flaws that are not mentioned. However, please be aware that they are not noticeable while in our possession. Please review all the pictures, zoom in if necessary, and ask any questions you may have before making a purchase. If there is a smell, it will be mentioned in the description, but the smell will vary depending on the individual. We are happy to provide with more pictures and answer any questions you may have. 

If return is granted, the fee for the payment received will not be refunded. 

Returns must be made within 3 days of the received date with the tag still attached and in the original condition it was received. Everything that came with the item must be returned to receive reimbursement. 

In the event that you fail to meet our return conditions, your refund request will be declined.
